Often you guide your Bob to a huge lead in the first few laps. If you leave the race unattended at that point Bob may cool down so much that he gives up the lead and loses. So you're forced to stay or keep checking periodically and pressing the same "maintain pace" button over and over and over again. This one fix would greatly improve the B-Spec experience.
If I'm not mistaken Bob will follow your order until you choose another one. ie. If I choose pace up he should stay in a pace up until I choose something else. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I'm not sure what's caused the recent rash of "PD, include this" threads... but GTP is not PD. Besides, we have this thread on what you'd like to see changed.
