Seems to be the trend, here is my submission:
PD should have a Buy/Sell/Trade area in the game where users can buy, sell and trade cars. That way they can moderate it and users can set the sale price of their cars - let market competition and market value stipulate the final sale price.
Also, having a system or way to stop the duping would help (people are not going to be happy about that, but if thats the reason they put the 1.0M CR cap on the trades, they need to attack the problem, not everyone else)
