I tried the DFGT, but I never got comfortable with the wheel. Yet, I liked using the Gas and Brake Pedal. I prefer steering with the Analog stick on the PS3. Is there a Gas and Brake Pedal I could use with the PS3 Controller? I play GT5.

Sorry but currently there is no way to do this.

How long did you give the wheel to get used to it?

Going from a gamepad to a wheel can be strange in the start, it can even take a couple months to really get a good feel for it. Once you do get used to it you will never go back.

I think you should give the wheel another chance. After you get used to it you will never go back to the pad for gt5 ever again. It happened to me and many others im sure. I even upgraded the DFP i had bought to try out a wheel within the first month to a g27 because of how much i ended up liking it and even started a new account for wheel only on gt5. Dont give up on your wheel yet!!

Yep. Sorry to beat the dead horse but they are right. Once you get used to it you will never ever ever ever use a DS3 again haha. Its so much fun. It took me maybe 2 weeks to adapt from DS3 to Wheel. Pick an easy track as well.

If anything start out doing alot of Nascar races online at Daytona on a saturday. At most you will gain a mastery of turning left haha. Then go from there. One thing. Dont race at Fuji haha. That track is beyond weird for starting out with a wheel. Can make you feel silly.

Set the pad and the wheel to controller one and it might work.
I've used the pad to control gears/brakes/throttle while a friend steered with the wheel on a slow night with a half dead dfgt once... So maybe?

Or are you asking for a set of standalone pedals?

Either way, they're all right ^ You really should give the wheel a good chance before you resort to this.

I was thinking this too, but it doesn't work the other way. For some reason you can use the controller for everything but steering when connected in conjunction with a wheel.
