A lot of people complain about the penalty system and yet we haven't seen any major update for it. In the forum there are a lot of examples about how it affects the score without real reason.
Examples like:
- Someone is obviously pushing you from the back and you get SR score down and even Slow Down time - why?
- Exiting from the PIT the same time with other player and you get SR score down and Slow Down time - why?
I really hope that this will be updated in near future.
