People kicking you for absolutely no reason at all?

Hi guys, I am level 26, and when i go into open lobby, i join a room that's called "Welcome all", come all, everyone welcome, or something like that, and then i get kicked right after i load. i don't even have time to pick my car. it says "you have been disconnected from the sever" and then i just see the gt screen. wtf? my connection is solid, nat 2, and this happens all the time. i also do not have a mic, could that be the reason? i suspect they are kicking me because i'm not their friend, but this seems really odd i wasn't expecting the community to be like this.
 
Somebody help please. Is "you have been disconnected from the server" somebody kicking you, or an Internet problem?

I'm pretty sure there's a specific message for getting kicked.

The "You have been disconnected from the server" is probably connection issues.

I've seen it numerous times when playing with my friends when I still had NAT 3. They told me I disappeared from the room whenever that happened (no one kicked me) so I'm pretty sure it's a connection issue.
