people who have NOT received their DLC, POSSIBLE ANSWER HERE

people who did not get their DLC, should do a PS3 SYSTEM ACTIVATION under Account Management, after doing different things to get the DLC the system activation worked for me. so try it. P.S. i made a separet thread because i wanted people to see this quick solution to the problem.

Just tried this. And still got the same error message as before. So maybe it doesn't work. Not really sure though.
