Usually there is always at least one song on an album that gets graced with the skip button. But on the odd ocassion you pick up a perfect album where each track is awesome and the skip button is allowed to build up dust. What are those albums... in your opinion?

Me:
  • Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
  • Led Zeppelin - IV
  • Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
...that's just to name a few. Other notables include:
  • Judas Priest - Screaming For Vengeance
  • Metallica - Ride The Lightning
  • Pantera - Cowboys From Hell
  • Tool - Ænima

Anything and everything written by Joe Satriani is something I can listen through the entireity of

I have several trance compilation cds that were really really good

Anything by Dilated Peoples and by Jurassic 5 is quite good.

Rage Against the Machines - Rage Against The Machine

I love all types of music, but those special albums have to be,

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (As above)
Pink Floyd - Dark side of the moon
Pink Floyd - Devision Bell
Enigma - All albums
Robert miles - 23am
Air - All albums
Bonobo - Animal Magic
Chris coco - next wave
Dj Krush - All albums

I know its a lot, but hey i love music.

Dilated Peoples and by Jurassic 5 is quite good.

Yes indeed also "cut chemist" "Ugly Duckling" "Unkle" "Dj shadow" "Dj cam" "Zion eye" "People under the stairs"

None. I don't listen to Music. And even if I did, there wouldn't be a perfect album in my mind. Even if all the song is alright, it just can't be perfect.

:)

Van Halen - Van Halen
Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
Pink Floyd - The Wall
The Who - Who's Next
Rush - Hemishperes
Rush - Moving Pictures
Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II
Jimi Hendrix - Are You Experienced?
AC/DC - Highway To Hell

For me there is no such thing as 'perfection', but these albums come awfully close :)

Some of you will throw a stroke reading this, but for me Slipknot - Volume 3: The Subliminal Verses is a complete masterpiece. Every song just grabs my attention, kicks my ass, eats my face, and leaves me wanting more. What an absolute gem. It's not the 'kill your mom, kill your dad, die, die, die!' music that Slipknot used to play. It's melodic, its raw, it's savage and brutal and it's all wrapped up in one kick-ass package that makes you wish they could add another 100 songs to it.

Not too many CD's have ever grabbed my attention like this. A true work of art. 👍

Orgy - Vapor Transmission. The only CD i can go the whole way through without having to skip a song. I was mightily impressed.

Sasha - Involver

I let it play all day long without changing tracks. Excellent CD, it might be Sasha's best.

Both of Joy Division's albums, the full Led Zeppelin discography (save for Coda and In Through the Out Door), Tool's Ænima, and Undertow.

That's it, I think. If I were to go look at my CD collection, I'd probably find one or two more, and probably a few more CDs will just one mediocre song.

Unknown Pleasures is the greatest album ever released. If an album can be perfect, it's this album.

Chevelle-Wonder What's Next
Smile Empty Soul-Smile Empty Soul
Linkin Park-Meteora
Modest Mouse-Good News for People Who Love Bad News

I'd have to say Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of The Moon and Wish You Were Here, Tool's Lateralus, Metallica's Ride The Lightning and ...And Justice For All.

Notable albums :

A Perfect Circle's Mer de Noms and The Thirteenth Step.
Dream Theater's Train of Thought.

They are perfect albums in my opinion, I enjoyed each and every one of them. 👍

Pink Floyd - The Wall
Linkin Park - Hybrid theory
Linkin Park - Meteora
Coldplay - Parachutes
Manic street preachers - This is my truth tell me yours
Manic street preachers - Know your enemy
Queen- Greatest hits I & II
Genesis - Invisible Touch
Incubus - A crow left of the murder

RATM - Self titled CD
Incubus - Crow Left of the Murder (really excellent)
Metallica - The Black Album (I really used to love this one, though I haven't cracked it out in quite a while)
Pretty much any Tool album
Hm...

Oh! Almost Dave Matthews Band Listener Supported. Only a couple of songs on that CD that I skip. Same with Crash, too.

Led Zep up until and including Physical Graffity . Animals pink floyd, dark side of the moon. wish you were here, the first Guns @ Roses . Stones Hot rocks.

For me? All of the albums by Mötley Crüe are perfect
Especially Dr. Feelgood and Too Fast for Love

Some others:

Slayer - Diabolus in Musica, Divine Intervention, and Regin in Blood
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Megadeth - Peace Sells...But Who's Buyin'?
Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power, and Cowboys from Hell
&
Slipknot - Slipknot, Iowa, and Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses.

Dr. Feelgood Kicks Ass!!

The Prodigy - The fat of the Land

Best album ever. Broke the world record in 1997 being first in 27 countries on the album charts.

And it still goes into the charts. For example its at 23 on the Dancefloor charts (in europe at least). This music never gets boring. Its a mixture of Hip Hop Rock and Electronic. If you ever go to a concert, ull see hip hop freaks electronic freaks and punkers all wanting to see the Prodigy.

People! Unite!

lol

Offspring - Conspiracy of ONe

incredible album

I still stand by it being their worst album, then their newest one being slightly less worse with a few memorable tracks on it.

I can listen to the whiole of The Prodigys - Experience album though.

I've listened to every joe satriani album from beginning to end without being even the slightest bit dissapointed. Some made my jaw drop so hard that it went through the floor

Metallica - Black Album
Metallica - And Justice For All...
Metallica - Master Of Puppets
AC/DC - Back In Black
AC/DC - High Voltage
AC/DC - Highway To Hell
AC/DC - The Razors Edge
Audioslave - Audioslave
Blink-182 - Take Off Your Pants And Jacket
Box Car Racer - Box Car Racer
The Offspring - Americana
The Offspring - Ixnay On The Hombre

I know a ton of people will say Offspring + Blink suck, but this is strictly my opinion.

Master of Puppets kicks ass, My fav. Metallica album. I heard samples, and seen a music video by the Offspring, they're pretty cool. Never heard of Blink 182.
