When you select a car in our garage, on the right hand side there's a performance graph. I assume where the end of the line is is where your performance is currently, and the peak is what you're maximum performance can be (HP and ft/lb or something).
I bought some dirt track car (has a gigantic spoiler, was in OCD yesterday, 1.9M) that weighs about 800kg and has over 1000HP, and barely pushed 180MPH. The chart shows the car is nowhere near its peak HP (yet lists the HP as 1000 something in its stats). Is there a way to make the cars current performance match its peak performance in the chart? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong.
