I think that it would be great if the game would have a permanent list of drivers and their abilities.
(the list should be about 40 drivers)
You then could easily say "oh, its this man, hes not any good at braking i will wait till the next chicane".
ie.:
Dylan Rhymes (33) - Great allrounder with excellent feeling to braking points (hiddent hint - means he can easily outbrake anyone)
Scott Hyde (20) - Very young and promising driver, just needs some practice. His speed is very unstable, but can win anytime.
James Jean (28) - very quick when in pack, just when he is alone on the track he seems to loose focus easily (hidden hint - slows down when he doesnt physically see anyone on the track regardless of what hes been told via radio)
Gavin Raeburn (29) - Ageing ex-promising talent, hes a bit down about his career and thus he seems to be a too aggresive sometimes. But often very competitive.
Tim Hanks (37) - When 10 years younger he was very good, now he just wants to race for fun (hidden hint - not aggresive, but still quick as hell)
George Romuro (24) - Not talented but has a rich daddy who is supporting his career. (not a good driver)
etc..
