Is there anyway to make a personal ban list possible? I don't agree with the idea of perma-banning someone from ever playing a game again (or for any period of time) that they payed money for, since I'm not that selfish...but does blocking users from the "recently met" list also block them from joining rooms you host? I joined 3 "clean rooms" today and they were anything but. It'd be nice just to block them and never deal with them again. Seems like this would get rid of the obvious social issues of blacklisting/retaliation. Sorry if this is a repeat thread.

I don't think it's possible, but a great idea, something that would end the "game" for the 🤬.
Actually, it seems like this would work for all games where people can and do cheat, give some people incentive to actually stop all the crap that has become online gaming.

I would love to be able to ban people from joining races that I'm hosting and I wish bans were against the IP address rather than the PSN account.

I've played games with the ability to block other players from ever joining the session you were in. It was awesome.

I think the XMB blocked users list has an API that game developers could check before allowing a user to join you, but for some reason this feature doesn't get implemented.

If you block people on PSN, you can't join rooms they are in and they can't join rooms you are in.

I've tested this with a friend in GT5 before.
