Personal queries about DLC

I'm not able to buy the DLC at the mo, as I'm currently in university accommodation, I can't afford a TV license and the internet in the halls of residence blocks PSN.

At least it means I can ask these questions in the hope that any replies might help me make my mind up about which packs to buy.

I must warn you, some of these questions can be seen by some as "quite pathetic". I apologise if you think to yourself "What the hell is this dude on about!?" whilst you're reading through the next few sentences.

1). Do the DLC cars come in the colours shown in the screenshots that were released a short while ago?
2). Has the "Complete Pack bug", where it doesn't seem to reigister you bought all four in one purchase unless you buy one of the packs individually, been fixed? I don't want to spend £10 on DLC to find out I can't use.
3). On Spa, do the AI cars still slow down to a snail pace at the Bus Stop Chicane, like they were doing in "amar212"'s preview videos?
4). Are any of the DLC packs, in your personal opinion, worth the money? I understand that a majority of players who bought the DLC like the Course Pack, but some are less than satisfied with the other three.
5). Does the "Official PlayStation helmet" have a race suit to go with it? (Yes, I am that OCD!!! If there's no suit for it, I guess I'll have to see if anyone wants to trade a black Mistral suit for a Chrome paint or something)

Please be kind with your replies. I've been a reader of these forums for many years now, so I know that some members post harsh comments on threads like these.

2: Haven't heard of this bug. Mine worked fine. Just remember that once you've bought it, you need to enter GT5, and then go to "Downloadable content" which is located all the way to the right at the main menu. There's nothing to actually download.

3: No. And there is a reason the cars slowed down in the video. The lead car went off track, and thus had to slow down. This resulted in the cars behind it, doing the same thing.

4: The track pack is definately worth it. Personally I really like the "new" cars. They look great, and drive even better. If you're going to get both the car and track DLC, you might as well go for the bundle. It's only 1 dollar more or something like that.

5: Technically no. Though I think the "Black Alpinestars suit" goes well with it.

Also, my two biggest questions:

1. Can DLC cars be repurchased in the NCD?
2. How do the new paints work? Are they infinitely reusable or what?

The DLC cars sadly can't be bought from any dealership. You get 1 of each for free, and that's it.

The colour items work just like regular colours. Once they're used you won't see them again, unless you recieve them from winning an event or by login bonus.

So you only get one of each paint, and once you put an engine mod on a DLC car you can't get a new one? PD failing once again.

While it annoys the hell out of me that you can't buy the DLC cars from the dealership. I can't understand why you'd want to upset the perfect balance in the DLC cars by doing any engine modifications.

I get, that you get only Gift-Tickets for the new cars. But do you know if you "reget" those tickets if you decide to start a new career (but with the correct PSN Account) replacing your old saved career?

Is it possible to regift the ticket when you receive it so you can dupe the car or something... or is that just not possible?
 
Im just gonna throw my question in there, can the paints be bought and downloaded multiple times or is it just buy once then thats it? Just asking because i would happily buy the paint pack a few more times?
