{PETITION} Make engine swaps and special parts available in tuning shop's section

Still waiting this feature from a YEAR, it's a shame looking for a racing game and see that engine swaps are available only in roulette. I'm sure that PD employees and Kaz are fooling around the GTP section sometimes, Is it that difficult improve the game with these requests? Or fixing hagerty price every 2 months Is more important?
