This sounds like a pretty stupid tune but it works for small, technical tracks like the Tsukuba Circuit. My fastest lap is just under a minute on that track.
The settings below are for the Tsukuba Circuit.
The parts you need:-
Stage 3 Weight Reduction
Window Weight Reduction
Rigidity Inprovement
Carbon Bonnet (Doesn't matter if it's coloured)
Sports ECU
Stage 3 Engine Tuning
Sports Intake Manifold
Racing Air Filter
Sports Exhaust Manifold
Catalytic Converter: Sports
Titanium Racing Exhaust
High RPM Turbocharger Kit
Fully Customisable Transmission
Clutch: Twin-Plate
Flywheel: Semi-Racing
Fully Customisable Suspension
Soft Racing Tyres
The car should reach approx. 256 BHP.
Transmission tuning:-
You just need to change the Max. Speed to 120 MPH, but you can change it to however you like depending on the track you're racing on.
Suspension tuning:-
Ride Height Adjustment: -20/-20
Spring Rate: 7.5/8.5
Dampers (Extension): 3/3
Dampers (Compression): 3/3
Anti-Roll Bars: 2/3
Camber Angle: 0.0/0.0
Toe Angle: 0.00/0.20
Again, you may want to change these settings to your liking, depending on the track you're racing on.
And there you have it: A high powered, lightweight car that handles pretty well and has decent acceleration.
