Peugeot 205 Turbo 16, Cant buy or win?

I recently won the Peugeot Turbo 16 Rally Car and love it, I went to buy the regular Turbo 16 and it wasnt for sell, and is also not listed in Prize Car list. I am around day 450 and havent seen it in the used cars either, how do I get it? 👍

It will eventually come up for sale on the "historic cars" used list @ about 29.000 cr. +

By day 450 it has already been available at least once because I bought it and I am on day 420. It is one of the rarest cars in the game though.
