peugeot to wear red/white

Oh no! :( I hope the whole body is not red, a few extra hints would be fine, but the sleek look of the silver/navy blue Peugeots is hard to beat. :cry:
 
exactly. i dont like peugeot that much (though i appreciate the competion they bring to the table).

but even i was upset when i red* that. ive grown acustomed to the silver/navy peugeot.


*edit. haha, thats a subliminal hit. u know i meant to type read. guess a wire got crossed during the transfer. :lol:

I want to say Vodaphone, but I doubt they would sign on with Mitsubishi especially after this year's performance (I always thought Peugeot would be a much better candidate in the WRC for them).
 
Mitsubishi's idea of switching to a bigger platform made no sense... motorsport wise. Sure, the road going EVO VII is the fastest, baddest EVO you can buy (excluding the RS450s and Extremes tuned by Ralliart) but it's simply too piggy to be good.

look at the winners this year. Makinen won in Monte Carlo, but that was the season opener, and Tommi's always been too good for everyone else there. the remainder of the races were won by either Peugeot, Citroen or Ford. All small cars. see the pattern? Subaru needs a WRX Coupe, Mitsubishi needs a smaller EVO.


they could always come back to the Ralliart sponsorship, like on the EVO III and IV...
 
Ralliart sponsorship would be fine with me. i dont want to see red/white peugeot, though. (haha, peugeot though rhyme :lol: )
 
It's kind of strange that a french team would have a huge tobacco sponser when I think France has the strictest anti-tobacco sponsorship law around. If you want to see the new color scheme check out www.wrc.com.
