Peugeot VGT Gr3 standing start bog

I'm using the Gr3 Peugeot VGT in standing start races on Tokyo South Inner Loop. I'm getting beat off the line everytime. Do anyone have any suggestions on how I can get a better launch off the line without the 1st gear bog?
