Yet another blow to the British car manufacturing industry. Simply by teh amount of Pug's the sell in the UK I would have hoped that soem production would have been viable. Doesn't seem so though.

Well that will be another blow to the economy. Unemployment rate is very high at the moment which the BNP will love to prey on, "foreigners stealing our jobs".

hey man, foreigners are stealing our jobs in the us too. either to mexico or to china...thats too bad that peug is shutting down that plant. only hope is there are other jobs out there for people to take in.

...Well, Ford and GM together are cutting in excess of 200,000 jobs by the end of the decade, so that will be fun cleaning up that mess here in the US. Lets hope when the Mexicans get kicked out they can all get decent paying jobs at a restraunt or at a farm... Someone has to do it!
