Z Challenge ​

Nissan was extremely courteous to include PGTR in the celebration of 40 years with their Z line of sports cars. To celebrate the Z sports car, Nissan is holding a track event with it entire line of Z sports cars, to see who can be the fastest Z driver. This is a great opportunity to test your skill as a driver and get acquainted with the Nissan Z cars.

Nissan is holding the Z challenge at Orochi Circuit; this demanding track will test driver and machine to extreme levels. I'm actually shocked Nissan decide to use this track for the challenge. With tight high speed corners, mixed with blind corners, and high speed braking points Orochi will have any driver underwear slightly brown after a few laps. This is no short track by any means, with a total length of 5.08 Miles, 65 corners and a 381.5 elevation difference Orochi commands more respect than your local police department. Nissan defiantly picked the right track to test the drivers around GTP to filter out the best of the best.

Registration Process
PSN ID, description of assist you will use in the 350Z, 370Z, Description if you use a wheel(what brand) or DS3, and availability in reply. Follow rules, regulations, and car regulations. If you do not have any of the following Z sport cars, Trainee racing suit, Striker racing helmet a PGTR representative will lend you a temp.

Rules and Regulations
-All vehicles must be stock, oil change permitted
-Each Z will have a horsepower cap
-Drivers will drive all 5 Z sport cars to complete the session
-No mic unless PGTR Rep
-Max 12 drivers on track
-No Pit entry Once damaged, car stays damage.
-The driver with least combine hot lap time will be crowned the Z champion
-More than 2 tires off the track will result in an invalid lap
-Drivers will be giving a 3 lap limit to clock in a lap time
-Times are only official once given notice through a PM
-Times are only official once the driver puts their car online immediately for inspection
-No Skid Recovery
-No Active steering
-No driving line
-Full damage
-Grip Reduction on Wet Track/Track Edge track conditions
-Tire Wear and Fuel Consumption

Special Rules
To become comfortable with Orochi Circuit Nissan/PGTR will hold preliminary track day with the Nissan March 12SR '07. Nissan also will provide participants with Trainee racing suits and Striker racing helmet.

- Stock Nissan March 12SR '07 will be used for preliminary track day
- Car regulation (VDC On) ASM on ABS 3 TC3
- Drivers will have to wear Trainee racing suits, Striker racing helmets to participate

The Z line up

Nissan will be bringing 5 different Z chassis, in which each driver will drive to decide who will be crowned the fastest Z driver. The 5 Z cars will be the following.

*300ZX (Z32) actually has ABS, however to simulate the lack of ASM in the Z32, ABS has to be off when driving the 300ZX in PGTR

Grand prize
For the Grand prize PGTR will be giving out a PlayStation Network code worth 20 dollars for the next or current DLC. Second place will Receive a new 370Z he or she can use for the upcoming Project GTR season. Third place will receive any racing suit and helmet of their choice.
