Philasoma.

Anyone ever play Philasoma on the PS1? It was one of the first games I played on the PS1 (Warhawk, Ridge racer, and Tekken were my other rentals) Me best friend an I played this game all the way through with no memory card (we beat Resident Evil without one too ) Actually he's the one that beat it, with one life left from midgame on he continued to cheat death for board after board. (Which he still holds over my head years later. ) So now any time we play a game, and it appears as though one of us might pull off the impossible, it's called pulling a "Philasoma."

I was just curious if anyone else had played this game.

I don't know about pulling a "philasoma" with my friends, its more often called a "holy ****ing s**t, did you ****ing see that?!?"

That only comes out on very rare occasions, like the day we beat the impossible level/mission we had built for half-life (more like lasted the longest)
