Photo location hint's at free roam?

I think it's Artenwhiler if i can remember. But there's car's driving around on the street. An 01 GTi and something else. I think this shows that PD was or is thinking about free roam. Why not? If they can impose some sort of speed limit so people won't act like idiots i say do it. I think it would be awesome, and PD could flex there creative muscle more if you will.

The possibilities for this are endless. It could start out sort of small, giving us a nice chunk of a city to cruise around. Or even in the future giving us real roads like the the Autobahn that let us go to different cities.

Tho i don't think PD would get too out of hand with this, seeing as how they wouldn't want to stray away from the racing aspect too much, i think it would be a really nice feature for online. As i said, even if it's just a small part of a city to drive in, that would be cool. What do you think?
