I think the Grand Valley's will be the most favorite spot this week ;)

From my gallery.

The other obvious bridge... :)

original:
grand valley speedway, high speed ring

real world:
suzuka, motegi super speedway, nordschliefe

dirt/snow:
swiss alps, chamonix

plently of options ...

Don't forget the less-obvious autumn ring. :)

Can you define bridge?

Any stretch of road which, for its entire width along said stretch, is raised above ground level, thus leaving a gap under the roadway, regardless of the type of support for the bridge or of what type of terrain is underneath (another stretch of road, water, land etc...).

How's that?

so im guessing the peer in hong kong and photo travel location brooklen (iirc) are off limits?

I think so ... never thought the waterfront thing is another type of bridge based on somebody's description :)

Thanks guys, I had thought there is another track with a bridge what is it. So chose midfield. I saw a loop but inspected and found the bridge. Its pretty high connecting each side of the valley. This weeks challenge, is surely a challenge, its hard to get a good shot on the bridge.

:idea:I think another track with a bridge has been missed. I will check and see. If there is in fact a bridge, I will most likely exploit that.

Wait and see.

"At least one vehicle must clearly be seen driving over a bridge."

Quick question. Does the car have to be clear, or does it have to be clear that it is going over a bridge, or both?

It must be clear that it is going over a bridge.

Eg: If you look at M3_CSL's pic you can tell it is on a bridge because of the bridge support in the background. Had the shot not included the bridge support, you would not have been able to tell it was on a bridge and therefore would have been wrong.

Oh well. I was going to use one of the three bridges on the Nürburgring, but there really is no way to identify a bridge in the background. Time to find something else...

I have seen some good shots from Nurb in which it was clear the car was on a bridge.

Edit: If this doesn't fit the guidelines, tell me, I have other shots.

Sorry, but it is not clear from the picture that the car is on a bridge.

I'll guess this is a no (it actually is on a bridge, it just isn't clear):

Off to another track for some more work.
