Tough choice but I'd have to go with #2.
The proportions resemble a proper car mag. It also has a classier feel to it (and price is cheaper ). Choice of concept car lets it down slightly. If it were in a bookstall my 1st impression would be its a truck magazine.
The text also has a more 'upmarket' feel to it.

Like the 1st one too but still #2 gets my vote. 👍
