hello i have been trying to get all of the photo locations and ive complated the tour events but when i went back to main menu i didnt watch the video or something can i still get the locations? how?​

To get the photomode locations from the Tour events, you must watch the little clips in between each event. Then, the locations will become unlocked.

i have complated them on bronze but i havnt seen any videos?

Like he said watch all the videos, this is one of the reasons I never skip cutsences.

Did you click the "Next" icon after each race? It should take you to a scene of the driver switching from the car you just raced to the car of the next challenge.
