Welcome to Photomode Magazine Cover Competition Week 12
This competition will be testing cover design, photoshop abilities and photomode abilities of residents of the planet.

Rules
Only Imageshack thumbnails will be considered for entry.
Use your own pictures.
Maximum 2 entries per person, per week. *NEW*
Mark FINAL ENTRY in red on your final entry.
Stick with the theme.
Cite all sources you get your magazine logos from (not on the magazine, but in the post)
The picking will go like the Photomode Competition goes by a poll
Failure to abide by the rules results in DQ.

My point is that I can say any car is ugly and get away with it, because calling an object "ugly" is an opinion. If I wanted to cheat, I could say the Skyline is an ugly car and have it in my entry, and it would be legal under the rules.

It should be "Hässliche Kraftwagen", not "Hässlich Kraftwagen".

"Hässlich" is for singular and "hässliche" for plural.


Like the cover though. Only the headline doesn't stand out... I think you should make it stand out more.

Nissan made couple retro/weird style cars in early 90's
PAO is one of them ... also I heard there was one model only selling to female customers (can't remember if it is Nissan)
But my favorite one was S-Cargo .... freaking cute cargo van

I sooooooooooooooooooooo love these magazine competitions...I can't do that at ALL with photoshop. Just a question, how old are you all? I'm 15 so I haven't got many photoshop skills...

That's about how old I was when I got my first copy of Photoshop 5.5, and I just taught myself most of it. Look around, find some tutorials, and educate yourself on how to use layers! And you will be turning out some cool Photoshop stuff in no time!

Oh, and I am 21.

Yeah do what 440 said. Check out www.good-tutorials.com for some good techniques. Start with small stuff, say signature images or something. Get good with layers as was said and really just mess with the program. The only way youll get proficient is to use it.

Yes, - it's a magazine cover, so it'll be on an imaginary newsstand, so being politically correct is preffered. And I doubt the management here at GTP would appreciate me actually putting S**tbox or unabbreviating WTF. Hence the reason to keep the PCness throughout.
