Photomode RAW and Histogram like a modern DSLR

I'm looking for a wider dynamic range so that I don't blow out highlights or lose shadow detail or both.

So rather than 8 bit JPGs, I want the option of 12 or 16 bit RAW images in a common format.

And I want a real time histogram like on my DSLR, so that I can intelligently choose the EV.
