OK while I wait for it to be fixed, I'll give you my opinions on the other entries.

Bram Turismo
This photo fits the theme very well, the car is nice and clean and realistic looking and the bit of sunlight reflecting off the windscreen is a very nice touch, but the noise levels really overpower the image for me. I understand this may have been done due to the age of the car but the noise is really distracting, as is the sharpness of the road in the foreground. The road being so close to the car makes me want to look downwards through the photo but there's nothing there! Still a stunning image though.

Nice idea, good colour matching with the sky and the car, but there is no sense of action at all. The car is perfectly still and the sun is a little too distracting for my tastes.

Swiss Legend [Got my vote]
Swiss really managed to capture the action of rally with this shot, and along with fitting the theme perfectly the colours are saturated to just the right amount. This got my vote.

LDS [Got my vote, obviously]
Looks like I'm going out in the first round! A brilliantly chosen location for this theme and a brilliantly chosen car in general, the theme fits the composition very nicely. The only niggle I have is the rear tyre, as it has a very obvious white line around it on my screen. It's quite distracting.

Wow, what a bold image! You don't often see things like this appearing in photomode contests which makes it nice and refreshing to see. The rear lights are eye catching and cleaned well, but other parts of the car seem a little blurry to me. That said, it's a simple composition that works well with the car and the theme.

Elegant, but restrained. I wasn't sure about this image at first but the more I looked at it, it grew on me. Just good old fashioned composition with a good line to lead your eye through the photo.

I know, I didn't have very much time for the entry and I had one idea. I didn't really want to compete with the entry I have here, but Swiss (And NTX) didn't want me to just give up, so I gave what I had. It's not like I actually had a chance against Swiss, c'mon. XD

I don't like my entry at all, so I agree with your assessment completely.

Actually, I really should have done the other shot that I had, but I thought it was too cliche.

i checked your full size. twas good.

I actually liked Brams more though. it was oh so slight, infact, it came down to one detail. maybe it's my bias for the 905 (GOD, LOVE THAT CAR) but the windscreen did it for me. the curving of the blurs on it just screamed "warpspeed" to me. also, the tarmac being sharper near the point of focus is normal, is it not?

Longbow: I agree with your opinion. but at least ya got something in. and have infact gotten some votes too.

Swiss: perfect shot for your theme. all ya needed was a lancer on the other side of it in midair too, and I'd have creamed me drawers a little.

LdS: oh so solid as usual. there isn't anything else to say. it's just....solid!

Moglet: i like the style man.very much like it. got mah vote. also, the light behind gives me the sense of someone pressuring for a pass.

NtX: the windows aren't vibing with me. beyond that, it's straight NTX style.

Theres something wrong with the first one, the round is blurred as it the car is being chased and the trees are blurred as if the camera is turning to follow the car, looks weird... the bottom round should have the curved blur as well..

That's what I love about it. TW is so godly original with his blurs, I'd feel bad if I'd even get through this round. He has three different blurs; the road, the trees, and the sky which he has kept unblurred. I have no idea how he managed to separate the sky and trees like he did, but it's a masterpiece 👍

I agree with balang that the blurs just don't look right together. Seems like the tree (in-game) blur had the camera swinging to capture the car, whereas the the road blur looks like a chase car camera or mounted camera (on car) blur. However, mixing the two seemingly different blurs was a brilliant call.
To finally comment on Bram's quote up there, I think that the tree blur and lack of blur in the sky is all in-game. But my shots with blurred trees don't look like that...shoot.My new answer is two layers and a layer mask. TW got my vote, because it's so different and the different blurs give a more extreme sense of speed.

Bram - Now for your picture,...I think its flawless, although I could've used a bit less sharpness on the road. But the sense of speed is only heightened by it. 👍 But the speed isn't extreme enough for me. Your Chaparral shot though, that one showed extreme speed.

longbowX - That is quite original. Thanks for giving me a fight. I'm glad you did enter. It almost looks like a photostitch of two shots. But also like a brilliant crop. The sun is just too distracting for me, but the dirt trail is pretty cool.

nicknamealguem(LdS),(got my vote) I like that Nuno called you LdS Your cleaning on that car is so completely flawless to me I can't utter another word. Got my vote instantly.

moglet - I honestly expected more from you man, I don't know why I expected more...but I did. I can't put my finger on what it lacks for me....but it just couldn't compare to the RX-7.

NTX - That is truly your style man. It seems a bit over saturated but that is overshadowed by the cleaning for me. I'm gonna start calling you Mr. Contrast.

ceiling_fan - (got my vote) The muted tones are a complete 180 from Nunos. Man you rocked this one. Simple shot, but there is so much action. The line that car is taking and the spray add soo much to it. Good job.👍

I also thank moglet and tupac for their comments on my shot. I took 54 pics for this and edited 5. Finally picked the jump pic. This was seriously the hardest time I have ever had coming up with a shot for a tournament. And tupac...expect a suprise in my gallery with a subaru and Evo.

I actually liked Moglet's shot quite a lot, it's just (I think) that white cars clean up better than darker ones, and the white one really caught my eye more.

Any normal competition and I would take the dark shot every time

I know you tried to make it different, but to me it looked safe and simple. I don't want to make it seem like I'm trying to tear your shot apart... That's not my intent. I do like the shot, particularly the vignetting. You are currently ahead though 16-15.👍

I voted for your shot because it was so original. You nearly don't see any sillhouette shots these days anymore. This really sucks, because for 3 years now, I've wanted to battle you head-on in a Tournament, and preferrably the finals. Too bad we couldn't make it happen

Congratulations Tangled Web, Swiss Legend and NTX for passing through next round. I want to thank Moglet for the great battle, it was really tail to tail, very close, and I think it is funny that the theme is Black and White and my picture is more soft-grey and white and Moglet more dark grey and black (weird how no one mentioned it).
Also great work everyone, really close battles 👍
