photoshop and GT5

How do i make a photoshopped GT5 image? I want to make a picture like on top gear with the Lexus LFA review or like some people let it rain when on the original it doesn't? Or just changing light and quality?

Please help me how to make a photoshopped picture

I use GIMP. It is free and is almost exactly like photoshop.

I did this in GIMP.

If you want rain drops you'll need a top layer over your image.
