wow is there a new update today?? Look interesting. Did you try choosing them? My guess for album is your Screenshots or replays, and Home prolly has something to do with the Playstation Home, as for profile I haven no clue

There is a GT5 theme but it looks different to that.

is that japanese version of GT5P lol? because on top right it has O for enter instead of X. If it is then that explains the Home icon.

That picture is what features they wanted Prologue to have before it was released. Unfortunately the Photo Album Mode was dropped and Home of course was introduced to early imo. But now Prologue does have Home compatibilities now, It's up to PD & Sony now to implement some more features if they wanted them for Prologue, Looking back to the Closed Beta for Home if you went to the TGS2008 Home Space they had some GT5P Racing Pods and if you had a Japanese Copy of Prologue you could launch the game within Home if you selected the Racing Pods.
