Picture Feedback?

Perhaps this may be encroaching on the realm on MySpace, but I think it would be a good idea to be able to comment on pictures in people's galleries.
It would be nice to be able to applaud what is uploaded and give feedback to the user.

Could this be implemented? Any thoughts at all?

You already can in the PhotoMode Gallerys, are there other gallerys here?
