I don't think there is, the data is the same (has always been) but your new cables just transfer it better to the TV. So, the photos will look better when you look at them on the TV screen but the actual data is the very same, so no difference on PC.
Nope. I have 2 messed up TV's (ones a semi-burned out plasma and another's an off-brightness standard TV) and they always come out the same on my computer. It's determined by your PS2 what the picture looks like. What kind of TV do you have anyway?
I have noticed a big difference when you directly save to the usb and when you save to your memory card first. Saving to the memory card causes the pic to be very pixelated.
Sorry if this seems off-topic but, how can you think that 42 inches is small? That's over a metre in length! Not to mention it's a plasma too.
As for the original topic, yes. Their quality is determined by your console, not by the television. It's just that some televisions are better at displaying the quality than others. Once they're on a computer monitor however, they should look exactly the same.
We might buy a bigger one for our living room since the 42 seems a bit small,so the 42 will be in my room.
