I was wondering, do you guys think it would be legal to sell a picture taken with GT4. This is all hypothetical, but I am curious. I remember MTV's music generator said something that it is legal to sell a song you make with it for money. Let me know if any of you know anything.
 
This question is easily answered. When you take a photo what comes up in the bottom right corner? Gran Turismo 4/(C) SCEI. That means it is copyright of SCEI. Without going into copyright law, rest assured if you try to profit off the images you are infringing on that copyright, and can expect an injuction (stop doing it) and lawsuit to follow.

Actually I would buy one if you printed it off...but like you guys said ITS ILLEGAL 👎
 
Sell them to old people, they won't know the difference.
 
I dont know why you would want to sell it. But you do OWN the picture if you print it or take it even with that Sony logo I bet. But if you do plan on selling it PLEASE DONT MAKE A THREAD HERE SINCE ITS AGAINST THE RULES!
 
hehe am gonna do a fine print at college and stick it on my wall :D
