I've noticed this a few times, and it happened to me once as well, I was cnofused to how the position changes drastically, this video for eg. Is it a bug, or is there something I'm missing? When I came out of pits (I'm TeknoBug75) I was behind the 16th place car and thought it was being lapped already.
