pit crews gasoline and tire wear

I've looked everywhere for info on this. What courses have pit crews? How do you adjust the level of gasoline before races? How does tire wear work. Can you blow tires/do you have to replace them. Also does chassis rigidity do anything?

Also im a Level thirteen
