Pit Stop Problem? HELP!!!

I was doing a 10-lap race at monza weather change in the Ferrari F10.
All the cars pitted for intermediate tires when the rain let up, but I had just been pushed off the track by one of the AI cars, so I decided to pit next lap and pass everyone while they were in the pit lane.

On the next lap I pit from 1st place, and then the mechanics hold me in my box until ALL the cars pass me on the RACETRACK!

Has anyone else experienced this???
 
Were they topping off your fuel? It takes a while.
 
I distinctly remember telling them to put 0 liters of fuel in, and I was watching all the cars go past of the map, and right after the last one passed, I was let go.
 
Look at the mechanics animations, were they working on your car the entire time? Look at the fuel guy also.
 
Can you remember how much petrol fuel there was in the tank when you pitted in for tyre change?

If you were about to run out of fuel and needed immediate replenishment, it would've taken the operation a little bit longer to be done, at that time your opponents coincidentally getting you past by a margin of few seconds...

Is that perhaps due to the groundless judgment of your pit crews that it could've been dangerous to let you go just as other competitors were passing in front of you, like it is in real racing?

This kinda reminded me of a queer phenomenon in GT4 that the pit stopping operation doesn't start being proceeded until you choose which option will be suitable for yourself, which occurs pressing circle throughout the pit stop animation. :drool:
 
Did you enter pit-lane too fast? You get a penalty if you do....
 
I don't think i explained it well enough, so here I go again.

10 Lap Race in Arcade Mode at Monza with Weather Change in a 2010 Ferrari F10 Formula 1 Car.

1. Races starts with heavy rain, all cars on wet tires.
2. AI hits me and sends me spinning, I end up in last place.
3. Rain lets up on Lap 3, ALL AI pit for intermediate tires.
4. I decide to stay out another lap to make up some time.
5. I pit for inters at the end of Lap 4, Specify intermediate tires and 0 liters of fuel. Mechanics do their usual job of changing tires, NO FUEL IS ADDED.
6. Mechanics stand up as if they are done.
7. Lollipop man holds me in my box until ALL the AI cars pass me while they ARE ON THE RACETRACK.

Repeat, NO fuel was added to the car as it was only lap 4 of 10.

It does explain it better but I still don't know what could have happened if you didn't ask for fuel, maybe just another GT5 bug...
