Planes for 2P?

I searched, yes...

I was wondering if you could use any planes in 2 player mode. My friend and I actually got it working for a bit when he jumped on the wing of the learjet-type plane and I flew off! :sly: It worked till I hit a tree over SF :lol:

I know some helicopters work... but I wanna know if there are any planes that support 2 players! If you could tell me what they look like and where they are, that would be great. I haven't played SA's story as much as I should have, so I don't know much about the airports or any of the planes, so if you could tell me about em that'd be great. One thing: what's up with the military planes in SF I can't get in? :dunce:
 
If you mean the Hydras, I don't think you can get in them without the pilot's license. About 2-player planes though, the Dodo and the Beagle should work. You can find the Beagle at the end of the runway in the SF airport (the south-western end) and the Dodo should be first plane you see when you go into the LS airport.
 
Dodo doesn’t work, and I suspect the Beagle doesn’t either… In 2P Jimmy and I have only been able to use planes by one person flying and the other person standing on-top—hoping they don’t get killed.
 
ive used the dodo also.

And a maverik works i think.

Any 2 seater plane/heli will work.
 
is it possible to for one player to jump up and grab the wing and hang on, I know you can do that with boats, and both players can get it two separate boats, but the camera angle is screwed up ( for those who didn't know)
 
Blake: Yes, the Dodo will take 2 people, but you have to stand in just the right spot to get in as the second player. I find standing right next the the right rear wheel and then trying to get in usually works the best.
I've never tried the Maverick, but I found from some of the hooker pick-up missions in Vice City you can pick up about 3 AI characters in one, so it makes sense that it'll work in 2P. 👍
