you can preorder, clearly u can't buy it yet, but it says its scheduled for release on the 21st of November this year. now that would be fantastic! :D i was under the impression japan was getting it in spring next year. whats more they are already giving a discount, lol :P
 
thanks for the link...I'm going to pre-order mine through my local Electronic Boutique, but I wouldn't expect it to be out until January 1st. Didn't GT3's release date get pushed back like 3 months? I just don't want to get my hopes up hehe.

I think they're probably just getting as excited and optimistic a we are.
 
Im prob gunna pre order from EB too. cant wait to play this
 
I'm waiting to preorder it through EB too. In their magazine (GMR) it said GT4 isnt gonna be out til Q1 2004.
