Pretty basic Flash Game. Buy property cheap, sell it when the value has gone up. How quickly can you buy the mansion?

Just buy and sell multiple houses at once, I don't bother waiting until the price starts going down as it takes too long and the value only slowly raises (I usually only keep them while their values raise fast).

I waited it out for the price to start going down. I never had more than 3 houses going, only about 2 times I had 3 going. You have to be quick to move on to the more expensive houses.

I think there's a lot of luck involved in getting super fast times since sometimes you can be waiting a year for a property to appear that's going to really help you, then on another go it will appear just as you need it.

Neat game. Though I'd like to see the prices be less predictable, and I'd like to see a transaction cost associated with buying/selling.

Yeah adding a transaction cost would deffinately add a bit more depth to the game.

've matched my best, 9 years and 6 months, I was so, so close to 5 onths, it just ticked over to 6 the split second I clicked on the mansion.

an appauling 32 years 9 months first time round.
16 years 7 months second attempt, this is addictive, there should be a warning in the thread title, lol.
it took 40 years and 10 months to get 100000K so i guess i can get the mansion in just 4 years and a month, lol. Although, i dont know why i would buy the mansion, because it only ever hovered around the 10,000K mark, one of the houses went up to 11,000K and, i dont realy like mansions anyway, id prefer the smaller houses.
