Played at a Blues Festival This Weekend....Music

Our band spent a couple of days in Ritzville, WA. at a street party blues festival. It consisted of 25 different bands. It was pretty cool, they had tons of Harleys to check out and drool over, as well as, lots and lots of music. They actually fence off four city blocks, and have business' run live music (we played in the bowling alley...:D) while a main stage act is outside.

All in all it was a awesome time, good people, good food, good drink, and good music.

Anyhow we we're fortunate to have had the opportunity to play there and look forward to a call back,

Actually, I knew Blue Onion had 3 guys. I saw the bald guy and to other guys who looked just a little familiar and took a lucky guess. Thanks Mr. Clean! (No pun intended. :))

I watched your solo vid a while back Pako, I just watched it again, awesome! :D

Have you ever tried Contrapuntal style playing?Right plucking hand "walking "the fretboard,tapping ,the stuff Stu Hamm does?
I bet you would pick it up really quick.

I've tried it a bit, but phrasing and making the runs and chords melodic take a little bit to get used to. I have been wanting to learn a new style of playing though, perhaps it time to pick up Contrapuntal, eh? I've never heard it called that before, what is that from? I've always known it to be called simply "tapping".
