PLaying under my account in a different ps3?

I will be at my relatives place these next couple of days and wondering if i can play on my user account? If so, will the progress save and transfer over?

- Their place has a ps3 and a copy of gt5
- i save my data on a usb drive; can i just take that to their ps3 and upload it?
- i guess i would just have to login as my psn account?

then when i am done, save/copy it back to the usb drive and bring it back home?

am i missing something?

That's what I've done before.
 
It'll work, just make sure you remember your PSN login details. You'll have to go all the way to the left on the XMB to make a new user, and then upload your stuff after you login to PSN. It should work like a charm 👍
 
has anyone tried this during the network outage? In other words, do you have to be logged into PSN for this to work?
