Playing using a new CD =/

Guys, I need help =/
I lost my old GT5 CD then I bought a new one last week.
I performed the backup and restored it, but everytime I load the game a new file is being created and I can't make ps3 read the backup.
I already deleted the new file and replaced it with the backup, no success, a new file is created everytime I load the system no matter what ....
How should I procede to get my backup running with this new game cd ?

It sounds like your new game disc is a different region (PAL, NTSC-J, NTSC-U/C, NTSC Asia) than the old one.

oh god, so is there any way to run my saved data using a cd with a different region code ? Or should I buy another one ?

No. Just buy a disc from the same region as your saved data.
