I have a Evo and have been thinking of replacing it to eliminate the center post. Was looking at the Obutto Revolution for several months now. Then I ran across this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8twD9MdadrE&feature=youtu.be&hd=1
So I did some checking and this almost fits the evo like it was made for it. I ordered the conversion kit on Sunday, so Im waiting for it to arrive. It was $187 shipped with no paint and the g27 inversion kit.
The best part for evo owners is that we don't have any cutting to do to the rig to make this work. Just need to drill 4 holes and your good to go.
I ordered it unpainted because reviews Ive seen say its a bit rough around the edges, but is one of the most stable rigs on the market. So my plan is to take the angle grinder to them rough edges and then try my hand at a quality paint job. Thought maybe some other evo owners may be interested in this.
