Well I emailed Playseat last night regarding the availability of their products since their all out of stock and this is what they had to say:

The Playseat Evolution will be available by mid-February, on our website and therefore in our warehouse.
We don't know when Amazon will have it stock, however, since they are supplied by a business supplier.
