For those who are considering buying from Playseats it might help if I share what happened to me. I bought a playseat alcantara that was delivered missing screws, instructions and the seat's base. Maybe some other things were missing too, but as there was no instructions, I can't tell yet.
This company's support is at the same level as its shipping procedures. I'm waiting for five days, and counting, to have a checklist of the items I was supposed to receive. I got the items sent to a hotel I've been in the US and noticed the problem when I got home, in Brazil. Playseats' support informed me they won't ship the missing parts (those THEY failed to put in the box and ship to me) to Brazil, just to the US address I used. Well, they should learn from Logitech how to deal with customers. Last year I've been to the US and bought some Logitech speakers at Amazon. Back in Brazil, after using them I noticed they were defective. Long story short, Logitech sent me a new speaker set from the US in 2 days!!!
Sorry to bother you with all these details, but it might prevent somebody from making a wrong choice in the future.
