I just want to make sure than ending up with an opened game which is 1 minute used.

I have spent countless hours on the Region 2 version, then my brother bought me an R1 version game, will my saved games work? I dont want to repeat the whole schibang again

Now you might be wondering, why will i ask this question and not just sell the game my bro gave me...Sentimental value

Game saves tend to be region locked. I don't think it will work.
