Please help me !!! Im gonna pull my hair out!!!

I just got a brand new Ps3 and a brand new Grand Turismo 5 because my old Ps3 and my old Grand Turismo5 was messing up. I would try to intsall the game to the HDD and it would freeze at 40 seconds left. Well i transferred all my saved data to the new Ps3 , i go to download the game with the new disk on my NEW ps3 and it stopped AGAIN at 40 seconds left....Why would this happen , did i have corrupt data and did i just transfer corrupt data to my new ps3...please help because i just spent a load of money for it not to work :(

I think it takes time. Just leave it at 40 seconds left. I bet itll eventually go.
 
Yes, I concure with NjLowrider, I recall a similar experience with my one and only PS3 and copy of Gran Turismo 5 - I think its just a bad counter in the game. Let us know if simply waiting longer solves the problem.
 
:crazy:Yes at 40 seconds it still has about 15minutes left, then come the updates/patches
