Please help me name/find this game!

The game was announced quite recently, either due out soon or early access. Pretty sure it's an indie and the main premise is that it takes place in someone's dreams. Seemed quite strange and trippy but very cool. May have read about it here but the name is eluding me! Hope you guys can help

Hmm not sure, maybe it was that but I remembered less of the LBP cutesy styling, more that it explored the dreams of one person, trying to make sense of something. It wasn't a popular franchise like MGS, more of a one-off. Maybe I just saw a different clip of Dreams that had a different emphasis, I'll try to research some more.
