Please help me navigate the Tuning Shop

I've been playing GT5 for a little while, this is the first this has happened. Makes me feel like a n00b

I bought an ECU stage 1 upgrade in the Tuning Shop...but it didn't install on the car, and I can't figure out how to install it!

It shows that I OWN 1, but I can't find any button to actually install it on my current car. What'd I do wrong?

Go to items, and find whatever parts section it would be listed under, and click install.
