Hi id really appriciate if anyone could help me with this.
Im not very good when it come to tuning the cars on gt and i really cant figure out where im going wrong i have a skyline gtr and i cant get it to go above 174 mph, ive tried adjusting the gear ratios that brought im from 145 to 174 but i cant get a 7th gear and am bumbeling along at 174 any help would be great. :D
 
Are you trying to tune for maximum speed or more for overall racing ability (handling, acceleration, etc.)?

The various pinned threads about setup and tuning here should provide a very good start, or you could look at others posted setups for a few pointers. 👍
 
if you want to sacrifice your acceleration, then its possible for the Skyline to tip 200mph. depending on what sort of power output you've got anyway.

if you've got nearly 400BHP, simply set the automatic gear ratio all the way up to 25, and if needed, put the final gear ratio down a bit.
