Where was the gamesave located?

What is the file extension of the gamesave as it appears on the source server?

The best option with that is to buy a Codebreaker and get a USB Memory Stick that is compatible with a PS2.

If you don't live in America then get something called a MaxDrive (which comes with a USB Memory stick).

You out the Memory stick in the USB on a PC and copy the save to it in the format for the PS2 software you are using (Codebreaker or MaxDrive format - the format can be changed). Unplug the memory stick and put it in the PS2 and run the program on the PS2 and copy the save to a memory card.
