I am tuning a subaru impreza wrx sti spec c type ra

Its horribly more complicated than.imagined.

Could someone point me in the right direction where to set my final?

On the leaderboard it can run 10.066

Mine is non rm, unbroken in,and runs 10.3xxs

Edit: breaking it in now

Short gears mate, shorter than usual, they dont have much in terms of outright power but get the gears shorter and closer and that 10.066 will get closer, go for around 25-35mph(guessing), the WRXs and EVOs are all about acceleration and shifting points.

What do you mean 25-35mph? Running auto atm, til it gets done.

I tune in auto and then run In manual afterwards

Always run manual. Always.

Yeah, I know its faster, but I don't want to mess up a launch and.blame it on a gear

Id rather mess up on a test track or,online than sacrifice the right gear

Adjust your transmission so that your first gear maxs out around 35mph. Basically if you are using that gear flip then you will need to probably make 1st shorter than usual so it doesn't bog off the line, WRX and EVO should all shoot off the line with decent RPM.

Ahhh I see, thanks, to everyone, if anyone has any tips just let me know. I wanna see more of these dragged.

Without fully broken in, no suspension changes
I ran a 10.280..

I think I can get 'er pretty close when im done

Didn't realize that manual was made entirely for this car lol

Most cars have different optimum shift points, auto rarely ever does it right, but it can for some cars not these though.

Yeah, just hard to run manual at the moment, I have stitches in my palm

I don't remember off the top of my head but the top speed that is on the top right should read in the low 150's. Thus is because the car really loses power after the peak HP RPM.

If your gears work, you should be able to run rock hard suspension and still get near what the gears are capable of. Big hint right there for all the people on my back about what I do.

My top speed is 152

No wing

Almost completely hard front springs, left the compression alone.

Idk about my gears, never tuned one of these before.

Usually most of it is common sense and fairly easy, but I think this car is harder to tune than the speed 12.

Which I loathe.

Try and get it just under 150mph. Usually people set their first couple of gears longer for most cars but fairly even, then set out the other gears evenly, with lower power 4WD because of the strain on drivetrain they must be close and short earlier gears unlike big powered 4WD's. Like I said, make your first gear around 35mph maybe even less, might even be around 20mph but short enough for wheelspin off the line and power through each gear to about 4th like most other cars, where power starts to decrease majorly.

Hmm ok. 149? Warm/cold? Lol

Is the one.on the leaderboard race modded?

That's what I was going to say but I cannot remember my car so I cannot say for sure. I can't imagine a WRX needing more than 150 though when I think about what my GT-R is at in comparison.

I'm pretty sure it's only race modded if it says 'RM' next to it.
